Since the formation of Park Coast in 2021, Anthony has been responsible for ensuring the firm’s adherence to its core investment philosophy; and contributing his experience to big-picture decisions relating to investments and corporate direction. From 2017 until 2021, Anthony led The Community Builders Group organization that was responsible for investments in distressed real estate in urban communities.
Previously, Anthony garnered investment experience working in real estate private equity and venture capital firms. Anthony also worked as a free agent football player, playing the position of cornerback in the Canadian Football League and Arena Football League through the years of 2009-2012 before retiring to pursue his education.
Anthony holds a B.S degree from the University of Tennessee system, a M.S. in Real Estate from Roosevelt University with a specialty in finance, and an M.B.A. in strategic management, entrepreneurship and finance from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. Through the University of Chicago he attained the prestigious Kriesman Fellowship with the Mansueto Institute for Urban Innovation. Anthony was an observer board member of the Chicago MSDC organization from 2020 to 2021. His motto is “If you put people and processes first, growth will come”
